The lack of available staff after 4-4:30pm left me to handle my own needs!!! The shower lacked a place to put personal toiletries, making it awkward to use!!! Noise from the street and nearby bar was disruptive!!!

Waking up to the delightful aroma of fresh coffee was the perfect start to my mornings. The staff, particularly Roberto and Jorge, went above and beyond, sharing local tips and creating a warm atmosphere.

The shower design posed quite a challenge—navigating the high step and tight spaces felt a bit cumbersome, and there was no place to store personal toiletries.

The location near the metro and Gracia neighborhood made exploring Barcelona a breeze. I loved my double room with a street view and outdoor terrace. it felt spacious and bright. The staff, especially Jorge, went out of their way to assist, even providing me with a printed map and recommendations on local attractions. The idea of having free coffee, tea, and wine was a delightful touch. Enjoyed our time in the Superior Triple Room with a cozy balcony. Breakfast offered delightful local pastries, paired perfectly with wine on the rooftop terrace. Staff continuously provided warm recommendations, making our exploration effortless. A heads up, request a clearer code for the key lock in advance!
